Program Management
We excel at managing complexity — and we're at our best when teams are coming together for the first time, navigating a high-stakes initiative, or when multiple partners need to align and make decisions together. Whether supporting a small community-based program or a large-scale initiative, we meet teams where they are — coordinating timelines, resources, and partners to move work forward with intention. We design clear project plans with meaningful milestones, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and offer consistent, responsive support as priorities shift and challenges arise. We don't just keep projects on track — we help teams build the internal capacity to do so themselves.
Who We’ve Worked With
Little Pineapple has been partnering with the Washington State Department of Health (DOH), Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), and Health Care Access for over four years to align internal and external processes for a complex, multi-sector effort to become Age- and Dementia-Friendly. As lead on the project, Kelsey has facilitated workgroups, designed decision making structures, managed a statewide survey and analyzing data across more than 50 partners, and planning and hosting multilingual, multi-facilitator public community forums. We've also developed presentations and materials for agency partners, guided internal leadership development, and provided ongoing technical assistance. This partnership is a strong example of what we do best — managing complexity, building alignment across many voices, and showing up as a consistent, trusted partner over the long haul.
“The Department of Health made an excellent decision to contract with Kelsey! It is clear from the work she has done with our team that our project is very important to her. Her work products are high quality and demonstrate knowledge of the topics. She understands the value of group process and communication, both within our team as well as with our partners! Kelsey keeps our agencies' equity goals centered in all that we do. She has kept us moving forward and meets or exceeds deadlines."
