Learning and strategy is one of our core offerings. We know that before meaningful progress can take root, there are often administrative, systems-level, and interpersonal dynamics that need to be named and addressed first. Our strength is designing learning processes that reflect the voices and lived experiences of those closest to the work — ensuring that solutions are relevant, grounded, and co-created with your team. Through assessment, mapping, and thoughtful engagement, we help organizations build the knowledge and systems needed to sustain change from the inside out.
Who we’ve Worked With
Little Pineapple partnered with the Missouri Foundation for Health (MFH) on two connected learning efforts over two years. We began by facilitating a deep learning process around their Medicaid Expansion work — developing a learning agenda, conducting interviews and focus groups, reviewing artifacts, and leading sense-making sessions grounded in both data and lived experience. We also created and managed a partner advisory group and served as fiscal agent for all contracting and community payments.
That work led MFH to invite us back for a Cross Initiative Learning Project, where we synthesized learnings across three additional initiatives in collaboration with other learning consultants and the executive team. This partnership reflects our commitment to walking alongside organizations — not just delivering findings, but building shared understanding from the inside out.
