Who We’ve Worked With
Little Pineapple partnered with NACCHO to design and implement systems that could hold the complexity of coordinating technical assistance across ten providers. We built project management tools to track feedback, approval processes, and deliverables — all co-developed with both NACCHO staff and the ten providers to ensure the tools reflected the real needs of everyone closest to the work. Beyond the infrastructure, we brought content-level expertise in public health and equitable design, helping to shape not just what the work was but how it was done. The result was a stronger, more cohesive team with clearer processes and the tools in place to sustain their work long after our partnership ended.
