Facilitation is where we shine. Our team has a rare ability to read a room quickly — picking up on different perspectives, naming what others might avoid, and guiding complex conversations with care and confidence. Drawing on frameworks like Technology of Participation and Liberating Structures alongside our own unique approaches, we create space for honest, creative dialogue that makes every participant feel seen, heard, and understood. From large-scale kickoffs to recurring meetings to community interviews, we meet groups where they are and help build the conditions for sustainable momentum.

Who We’ve Worked With

Little Pineapple was selected to design and deliver a year-long communication development program for approximately 140 managers at DAP Health — a federally qualified health center system navigating a large merger that more than doubled their staff and clinics. We built a six-session series grounded in co-design, collecting feedback and insights from staff at each stage to ensure the program met the real-time needs of the group. Each session was designed to deepen a specific skill and leave participants with at least one concrete tool they could use right away — covering topics from self-awareness and presence to conflict, collaboration, boundaries, and embedding new norms. What began as sessions where managers came to air frustrations has evolved into a space of genuine openness and reflection.
